To place orders and access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3. Orders and Reservations
3.1 Placing Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Siberia Club
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery until you receive a notification from us
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
3.2 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.
4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1 Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, weather, and location
- You must provide accurate delivery information including address and phone number
- Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
4.2 Pickup
- Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe
- Please bring your order confirmation or provide your order number
- Uncollected orders may be disposed of after the pickup window expires
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
- After food preparation has begun, cancellations are not accepted
- Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of service failure or product defects
- To request a refund, contact us at support@siberia-club.com within 24 hours of order delivery
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if food has been consumed or tampered with

- We strive to provide high-quality, fresh food prepared in accordance with health and safety standards
- If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of ordering
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens
- You are responsible for verifying that the food meets your dietary requirements before consumption
7. Loyalty Program and Points
Siberia Club offers a loyalty program where you can earn points on eligible purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts and special offers. Program terms include:
- Points are earned on completed orders only
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- Points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time
- Fraudulent activity may result in loss of points and account suspension
8. Reservations and Events
- Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time; otherwise, your table may be released
- Event attendance may require advance registration or ticket purchase
- Cancellation policies for events and reservations will be communicated at the time of booking
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Siberia Club website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Siberia Club and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without written permission
- Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
- Scrape, copy, or extract data from our website using automated tools

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:
